Our central helpdesk administrators are trained to offer assistance and advice to ensure that your callout is being attended to as quickly as possible, to provide real time updates on progress and our team works diligently to achieve first time fix where reasonably practical.
All of our engineers’ vehicles have trackers which allows the team to quickly and efficiently select the correct tradesman, in the right area, with the right tools to meet the job requirements.

Specialising in national, multi-site networks, NCCS Group can offer its clients a tried and tested, robust Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) service on existing and new equipment.
All NCCS engineers are directly employed, carry a comprehensive van spares stock and undertake regular continuous development training with input from Gas Safe to ensure that we remain on the cutting edge of technology and working practices. We firmly believe that our best asset is our people and re-invest back into them to ensure that no matter what the system or application it will be serviced and maintained to ensure that it working to its optimum performance and returning the best energy efficiency it can.
Where a first time fix is not achievable, paired with accurate reports with photographic evidence, our internal estimators are specifically qualified and experienced in all Heating appliances and applications.
Each remedial or repair quotation is carefully checked and verified by our inhouse technical team, who work closely with our supply chain to ensure that we keep our competitive edge and pass on cost savings wherever possible. Our team is also trained to identify where parts or components have been superseded or replaced with new technology and are always on hand to offer assistance or advice.
Every quotation is broken down by labour and materials to allow our clients to benchmark and acts as a demonstration of our commitment to transparent and straight dealings.


Our team enjoys direct manufacturers support from the likes of Worcester Bosch, Baxi, Vaillant, Gordon Roberts, Powrmatic and Reznor to name but a few and offers a full design and consultancy service with free no obligation site survey service.
We also have direct links with controls and BMS specialists such as Honeywell, Drayton, Trend, Simens and Johnson Controls.
When designing your system, we know that this represents a significant investment for a clients and so we take into account factors such as ‘space’ and best application for your site, system efficiency including controls strategy, longevity and easy user management. On completion of any installation our clients are provided a comprehensive O&M document including Gas Safe Certifications.
Using the latest technology, our central operations team are well versed and experienced in client portals such as Ostara, Concerto, Pro-Nett / Access Maintain and Cleverley and our in-house CRM system seamlessly integrates with them all.
