Reactive

NCCS offers a 365-day, 24hr reactive service to our clients. Our central helpdesk administrators are trained to offer assistance and advice to ensure that your callout is being attended to as quickly as possible, to provide real time updates on progress and our team works diligently to achieve first time fix where reasonably practical.

All of our engineers’ vehicles have trackers which allows the team to quickly and efficiently select the correct tradesman, in the right area, with the right tools to meet the job requirements.

Maintenance

Our domestic heating division works with all the major named brands in the industry and enjoys excellent trade relationships and manufacturers support from every major wholesaler and technical partner in the UK.

All NCCS engineers are directly employed, have current DBS Enhanced Clearence Checks, have undertaken a comprehensive and robust induction outlining specifically the key consideration points of working within peoples homes and work under a comprehensive auditing framework where our SAE’s (Safety Assessment Engineers) will undertake works in progress, post work completion and health and safety audits on our people to ensure that we deliver an excellent job of work, every visit.

We work on both occupied properties and voids and are proud to work with some of the UK’s leading local authorities

All our engineers carry a comprehensive van spares stock and undertake regular continuous development training with input from Gas Safe to ensure that we remain on the cutting edge of technology and working practices. We firmly believe that our best asset is our people and re-invest back into them to ensure that no matter what the system or application it will be serviced and maintained to ensure that it working to its optimum performance and returning the best energy efficiency it can.

Remedial Works and Repairs

Where a first-time fix is not achievable, paired with accurate reports with photographic evidence, our internal estimators are specifically qualified and experienced in all heating appliances and applications.

In the domestic space, our estimators understand the importance of speed to reaction and the immediate impact a non-working heating appliance can have on you or your tenants or occupants.

Our engineers are trained to liaise with our central ops teams and we can immediately confirm repair costs and repair times and work with you to get your system up and working there and then instead of having to send someone away leaving you potentially without hotwater or heating.

Each remedial or repair quotation is carefully checked and verified by our inhouse technical team, who work closely with our supply chain to ensure that we keep our competitive edge and pass on cost savings wherever possible. Our team is also trained to identify where parts or components have been superseded or replaced with new technology and are always on hand to offer assistance or advice.

Every quotation is broken down by labour and materials to allow our clients to benchmark and acts as a demonstration of our commitment to transparent and straight dealings.

Installation & Project Works

Our team enjoys direct manufacturers support from the likes of Worcester Bosch, Baxi, Vaillant, Ariston and Ideal.

We also have direct links with controls specialists such as Hive, Nest, Honeywell and Drayton.

When designing your system, we know that this represents a significant investment for you. Our primary aim will be to design and install a system that will be fit for purpose, be energy efficient and represent a good return on your investment and ultimately be reliable for many years (subject to correct operation and maintenance.). A new boiler should ultimately be a ‘fit and forget’ appliance with the only interaction being your once a year service visit.

On completion of any installation our clients are provided a comprehensive O&M document including Gas Safe Certifications and comprehensive engineers report and commissioning sheet, building control notification, warranty, a PPM / Maintenance Proposal and we demonstrate its controls and how to use it to site staff/occupants.

Whilst we specialise in working with local authorities and governmental departments to deliver large scale installation programs across England and Wales, we can install a new system to your home using the same experience and attention to detail.
